I don't think F-1 is dual intent. F-1 is non-immigrant visa. Dual intent means, even though the visa it self is non-immigrant but it has intent to change to immigrant visa, such as H-1B Temporary worker and K-1 Fiance visa.

Usually, even if the employer or attorney put their address, the USCIS mails the card to the address marked as the home address of the applicant.
Note that the I-765(EAD) and AP are not mandatory forms. Talk your employer into saying "these are not required right now, we can file later". And once he files the 485 and 140, you can always file the EAD and AP yourself (or use a lawyer).
I have a feeling he's trying to keep all documentation to himself. Don't let your guard down.

did it twice already. will do it how much ever time it takes to get the right job. cant let the life suck in eb3 india wait. already waited too long in 485 filing time. cant ruin my life anymore. never informed no one abt my move. cos, in my opinion there will be no time, where they will get to process my eb3 india application with pd jan 2003.

I guess it means nothing to us. My file has moved over the years from CA -> NE -> SJ NBC -> TSC.
TSC was the most efficient machinery USCIS had. Someone in NSC may not have liked this, so they are moving the old files to TSC to make it look just as bad. :D

I am planning to use AC21 by joining a company on this March month end , I asked new company to process H1, and its in progress.
In APRIL Visa Billiton my PD is current, as I have PD of JUNE 2001( EB2), my RD - JUNE 29, 2007 .at this stage if I change company what is the impact on my GC approval. Should I wait for some more time to join the new company?
Your advices are appreciated
Applying AC21 will trigger the IO to update the case, and if all is fine, in some case, the case could be approved, though not at all time, You can try your luck, In July when all cases were current happened to a colleague with PD2004, the case was approved in a week after mailing AC21. Check with an Attorney.

Hi all,
I think my scenario is little complicated.I have my I140 (EB3) cleared with previous employer and my current company has filed new labor and I140 (EB2). They are trying to capture the priority date of my old I140 approval (August 2006).
While my current I140 is still going on, can I apply for I1-485 due to sudden improvement shown for EB2 category in September Visa bulletin.
Please advice.
